After selecting your product, simply upload your 9 favorite photos directly on the product page before adding to cart. Make sure your images are clear and high resolution for best results.
2. What type of photos work best?
For best print quality:
• Use clear, well-lit photos
• Avoid screenshots when possible
• Make sure faces are not cropped
• High-resolution images work best
If a photo is too low quality, the final product may appear blurry.
Can I preview my magnets before they are printed?
Yes. You will see a live preview of your uploaded photos directly on the product page before checkout.
Please review your photos carefully before placing your order, as we print exactly what is submitted.
4. How long does production take?
Each order is custom-made.
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (U.S.): 3–7 business days
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your magnets arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace damaged items.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
7. Are the magnets strong?
Yes. Our magnets are designed with strong magnetic backing to securely hold on refrigerators, lockers, and magnetic surfaces.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available soon.
