Because our products are custom-made using your personal photos, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos of the item and packaging
• We will gladly offer a replacement or refund

We are not responsible for:

• Low-resolution photos submitted by customers

• Cropping issues if no special instructions were provided

• Color differences due to screen variations

All sales are final once production has started.
